Refund Policy

At Intentional Prints, every item is made to order using 3D printing technology. Due to the custom and production-based nature of our products, all sales are final. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds or Returns

All products are custom printed and produced specifically for each customer. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:
• Custom or personalized items
• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Color variations
• Change of mind
• Minor layer lines or surface variations inherent to 3D printing
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

2. Custom Design Approval

For custom orders, design proofs or specifications must be reviewed and approved before printing begins. Once approval is given and production starts, changes cannot be made and no refunds will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, dimensions, and file specifications are correct prior to approval.

3. Print Variations Disclaimer

3D printed products may contain visible layer lines, slight texture differences, or minor color shade variations. These are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing and are not considered defects.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives physically damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

If approved, a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Digital File Submissions

For customer-submitted files, please note:
• We are not responsible for structural flaws in uploaded designs
• We are not responsible for print failures caused by poor file quality
• Refunds are not issued for prints based on customer-provided files

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Filing a chargeback for a product produced as ordered may result in documentation being submitted to the payment processor demonstrating policy agreement and order fulfillment.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun. Once printing starts, cancellations are not permitted.
